Cancellation Policy
All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellation before payment
1.Sign into "My Account" and click on "My Orders".
2.Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
3.Click on “Delete this order” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
Cancellation after payment
- Orders cancelled before shipped will be eligible for a full refund.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy
If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described then you can e-mail to molly886213@126.com to request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 15 days.
Please make sure to include an unboxing video for any missing items.We do not accept any claims of missing products without an unboxing video
Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.
Lucky scoop can not be exchanged or returned.
Attention
1. Contact Customer Service within 7 days from the delivered date. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
2. Items received shall be unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. Items of accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
4. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items:
1. You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it’s in stock. Or else you will get a refund.
2. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the logistic status online shows the parcels have been received, we will not compensate you for any package lost.
